The scenes in Carlos Cabeza's work represent a mental landscape inspired by a diversity of references: interior design, post-pop culture, architecture. His paintings achieve great strength as a result of lines created by concrete forms. The artist's conception is clearly realized through the to-ing and fro-ing of rhythms created where the negative and positive are both an integral part of the composition.
